People’s favorite complaints are:

• Bloat: every new version of Photoshop is bigger, slower and filled with stupid features that nobody neither cares about nor uses but they’re in there just so that Adobe can release another round of expensive shit. And people are forced to buy it all because of the virtual monopoly Adobe has.
• Virtual monopoly: the only reason you charge 1500$ for Photoshop is because you can. If people had a choice they wouldn’t buy your expensive shit but since “everyone” uses Photoshop then everyone must use Photoshop.
• Macromedia Flash: buying someone else’s work and then ditching the Linux version; keeping the format closed; keeping the format at all; etc.
• Adobe updater: just search for adobe updater hate
• Security: how many times has Acrobat Reader been patched for security holes? How is it even possible that a text reader and image viewer can even have security holes? Well done, Adobe.
